Hire a Shopify developer without the freelancer lottery.
You've probably already tried a marketplace. The work came back late, undocumented, or written by someone you couldn't reach after handover. This is the alternative.
- Fixed-price quote in 1 business day
- Built on Shopify
- US business hours

Hiring a Shopify developer is mostly a risk-management problem. The going rate on the marketplaces looks attractive until you count the cost of work that has to be redone, code nobody can maintain, or a developer who stops replying the week after handover.
We work on fixed prices against an agreed scope, in US business hours, and everything we write is documented and handed over properly. If the job is genuinely a two-hour fix, we'll tell you that rather than scoping it into a project.
What's costing you
enquiries right now.
Timezone roulette
A question on Monday morning answered on Tuesday night costs you more than the hourly rate ever saved.
Code nobody can maintain
Undocumented theme edits and inline scripts that the next developer has to unpick before they can do anything.
Hourly estimates that drift
An estimate is not a price. Scope creep on an hourly contract is your problem, not the developer's.
Gone after handover
The person who built it is unreachable when something breaks in week three.
What you get that a
marketplace hire won't.
Fixed price, agreed up front
Once scope is set, the price is set. Change the scope and we re-quote before doing anything, never a surprise invoice.
US business hours
Same-day answers during your working day, not overnight round trips.
Documented handover
Commented code, a written summary of what changed and why, and access to everything. You are never locked in.
An honest scope
If your problem is a settings change or a cheaper app, we'll say so. We'd rather lose the project than sell you one you don't need.
Ongoing availability
We stay reachable after launch, and can move you onto a care plan if you'd rather not think about it.
Full-stack Shopify
Themes, Liquid, custom apps, API integrations, migrations and performance work, one team for all of it.

Every build ships with this.
- A written scope you approve before work starts
- Fixed price held for the agreed scope
- Weekly previews on a development store
- Commented, documented code
- A written handover summary
- 30 days of post-launch support on anything we built
- Full access to every account and repository
- An honest recommendation, including when to not build
Why we'd build this on Shopify
Shopify's constraints are also its strength: hosting, security and compliance are handled, so development effort goes into the storefront and the integrations rather than infrastructure.
- Theme and Liquid development, not just app configuration
- Custom Shopify apps and API integrations when off-the-shelf falls short
- Migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Wix
From first call to launch.

Tell us the problem
Two minutes on the quote form. What you're trying to do, what's in the way, and roughly when you need it.
- 02
We scope it in writing
Within one business day you get scope, timeline and a fixed price. If we think there's a cheaper way, that's in there too.
- 03
You approve
Nothing starts until you've agreed the scope and price. No deposit chasing, no ambiguity about what's included.
- 04
Build with weekly previews
You see progress on a development store every week, so course corrections happen early and cheaply.
- 05
Handover and support
Documented handover, full access, and 30 days of support on what we built.
What moves the price on
Shopify development.
We quote fixed prices per project rather than by the hour, so scope is what determines cost. These are the four things that move it most.
Scope of the work
A theme customisation, a full custom build and a bespoke app are three very different projects. The quote form tells us which one you're actually asking for.
How clear the requirements are
Well-defined work is quicker and cheaper to quote and to build. Vague briefs need a discovery step first, which we'll price separately and honestly.
Third-party integrations
Anything that has to talk to an ERP, 3PL or subscription platform depends on how good that system's API is. Some are easy, some are not.
Urgency
Standard timelines are quoted at standard rates. If you genuinely need something reprioritised, we'll quote that separately rather than quietly padding the estimate.
Every project is quoted individually. Tell us what you need and we'll come back within one business day with scope, timeline and a fixed price.
Get your fixed-price quoteThe cheapest Shopify developer is rarely the least expensive one. What costs money is work that has to be done twice, and code the next person has to unpick before they can start.
A fixed price against a written scope removes most of that risk before anyone writes a line of Liquid.

Questions people ask
before hiring us.
What does hiring a Shopify developer cost?+
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we quote per project rather than publishing a rate. Small fixes and customisations sit at one end, full custom builds and app development at the other. Tell us what you need and you'll have a fixed price within one business day.
Do you work hourly or fixed price?+
Fixed price against an agreed scope, almost always. Hourly transfers all the risk of a bad estimate onto you. For genuinely open-ended maintenance work we offer a monthly care plan instead.
Can you take over a project another developer started?+
Usually yes. We'll audit what exists first and tell you honestly whether it's worth continuing or whether rebuilding that part will cost you less overall. That audit is quick and we'll do it before quoting.
What are your working hours?+
We work US business hours. You'll get same-day responses during your working day rather than overnight round trips.
Do we own the code?+
Yes, entirely. You get full access to every account and repository, commented code and a written handover. There is no lock-in of any kind.
What if the job is smaller than we thought?+
We'll say so and quote the smaller job. If the answer is a settings change or a $15 app, you'll hear that instead of a proposal.
