Before you write
How quickly will you respond?+
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write during US business hours. We work US hours specifically so there isn't an overnight gap on every exchange.
Should I use the contact form or the quote form?+
If you know roughly what you want built, use the quote form. It asks the questions we need to price the work, so you get a real number back instead of a request for a call. Use this form for anything else.
Do I have to get on a call?+
No. Plenty of clients decide from a written quote alone, and we'd rather send one than book a call to read it out. If the project is complex enough that a conversation would save you money, we'll say so.
Will you sign an NDA?+
Yes, happily, before you share anything sensitive. Just say so in your message and we'll get it over to you.
What information helps most?+
Your current URL if you have one, what's not working, roughly when you need it, and a budget range. Even an approximate range helps us tell you quickly whether we're the right fit rather than wasting a week discovering we're not.
