How fast will I hear back?+
Within one business day, and usually the same day. You'll get a written response with scope, timeline and a price, not a calendar link and a sales sequence.
Is the quote actually fixed?+
Yes. Once we've agreed scope, the price is fixed. If you later change what you want, we'll re-quote that change before doing it, you'll never get a surprise invoice.
Do I have to get on a call first?+
No. Plenty of clients decide from the written quote alone. If the project is complex enough that a 30-minute call would save you money, we'll say so.
What if I don't know what I need?+
That's fine and it's common, pick “Not sure, advise me” on the platform question and describe the problem in your own words. Part of what you're paying for is someone telling you which option actually fits.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?+
Yes, though most of our clients are US-based and we work US hours. Say where you are on the form and we'll confirm coverage.
