Conversion work that starts with where you're actually leaking.
Most CRO advice is a list of best practices someone read. Yours should start with your own analytics, the step where people leave, on the device where they leave.

A 1% lift on a store doing $2M is $20,000 a year, from work you do once. That's why conversion optimisation is usually a better investment than more traffic, you've already paid to acquire the visitors who are currently leaving.
The catch is that most CRO is guesswork dressed up as expertise. Adding urgency badges because someone's newsletter said so is not optimisation. We start with your analytics, find where people actually drop out, and test the fixes that address it.
Where stores usually
lose the sale.
Product pages that don't answer objections
The visitor has a specific question (will it fit, when will it arrive, can I return it), and the page doesn't address it.
Shipping cost revealed at the last step
The single most cited reason for cart abandonment, and one of the cheapest things to change.
A checkout tested only on desktop
Most of your traffic is mobile. Most CRO reviews are done on a 27-inch monitor.
Changes shipped without measurement
If you can't tell whether last month's redesign helped, you're redecorating rather than optimising.
How we run
conversion work.
Funnel analysis first
We find where people actually leave (by step, by device, by traffic source), before proposing a single change.
Session review
Watching real sessions on the pages that leak. It reliably surfaces things analytics alone will not.
Product page work
Objection-handling copy, media, sizing, reviews, delivery clarity and cross-sells built around what buyers actually hesitate over.
Checkout optimisation
Shipping shown earlier, express payments, field reduction, as far as your Shopify plan allows.
Structured testing
One change at a time, measured properly, with enough traffic to mean something. We'll tell you when your volume can't support a test.
Reporting tied to revenue
Conversion rate, AOV and revenue per session. Not a list of tasks completed.

Every engagement includes this.
- Full funnel analysis by step, device and source
- Session recording review on the leaking pages
- A prioritised list of fixes, ranked by expected impact
- Product and collection page implementation
- Cart and pre-checkout improvements
- Test setup, monitoring and honest read-outs
- Monthly reporting on conversion, AOV and revenue per session
- An explicit note when a test cannot reach significance
Why we'd build this on Shopify
Standard Shopify locks the checkout itself, so most gains come from product pages, cart and pre-checkout flow. On Plus, checkout extensions open up another layer, and we'll say if that's where your problem actually is.
- Product, collection and cart work on any Shopify plan
- Checkout extensions and Functions available on Plus
- Testing set up properly against Shopify analytics and GA4
How a month runs.
- 01
Baseline
We establish where you are now (conversion by device, by step, by source), so later claims of improvement can be checked.
- 02
Find the leaks
Analytics plus session review to locate where people actually leave, rather than where we assume they do.
- 03
Prioritise
A ranked list by expected impact against effort. You approve what we work on, in order.
- 04
Implement and test
One meaningful change at a time, measured. Bundled changes tell you nothing about what worked.
- 05
Report and repeat
Monthly read-out against revenue, and the next month's priorities set by what actually moved.
What moves the price on
CRO work.
We quote fixed prices per project rather than by the hour, so scope is what determines cost. These are the four things that move it most.
Traffic volume
Low-traffic stores can't reach statistical significance on A/B tests, so the work shifts toward best-practice implementation and qualitative research. That's a different, usually cheaper engagement.
How much implementation
Some clients want findings and will implement in-house. Most want us to build the changes too, which is the larger part of the cost.
Store complexity
A single-product store is a much smaller surface than a 3,000-SKU catalogue with multiple customer journeys.
Shopify plan
Checkout work is only available on Plus. On standard Shopify we work with what's reachable, and say so up front.
Every project is quoted individually. Tell us what you need and we'll come back within one business day with scope, timeline and a fixed price.
Get your fixed-price quoteConversion work is unglamorous and cumulative. There is rarely a single change that transforms a store; there is usually a series of small, measured ones that compound.
The discipline that matters is honesty about what moved and what didn't, including telling you when a test we recommended didn't work.

Questions merchants
ask us most.
How much conversion lift can we expect?+
We won't put a number on it before looking, and be wary of anyone who does. Stores with obvious structural problems (slow load, hidden shipping, thin product pages), often see substantial gains from fixing the basics. Already well-optimised stores gain in smaller increments. We'd rather audit first and tell you honestly whether there's meaningful headroom.
Do we have enough traffic for A/B testing?+
Below roughly 10,000 sessions a month you generally can't reach significance on realistic effect sizes in a sensible timeframe. That doesn't mean nothing can be done. It means the work shifts to best-practice implementation and qualitative research instead of testing. We'll tell you which situation you're in rather than selling you tests that can't conclude.
Can you change our checkout?+
On Shopify Plus, yes, checkout UI extensions and Functions. On standard Shopify the checkout is locked, so the work concentrates on product pages, cart and the pre-checkout flow. If your problem genuinely is in the checkout and you're not on Plus, we'll tell you that's the constraint.
Is CRO a one-off project or ongoing?+
The initial audit and the first round of fixes is a project. Beyond that it's iterative. You learn something each cycle and the next test is better informed. We ask for three months minimum because a shorter window can't produce a reliable read.
Do you use heatmap and session tools?+
Yes, session recordings especially. They routinely show things analytics can't, people hunting for a size guide, or repeatedly tapping something that isn't a button. We set them up as part of onboarding.
What if the biggest problem is site speed?+
Then we say so and fix that first. Performance is often the highest-return conversion work available, and it's not really a testing question, faster is simply better.
